Ron Headshot.JPG

Ron Clemow - Document Specialist

Ron was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida and has spent most of his career in different positions in the insurance industry.  In some ways there are similarities which gives Ron a better understanding of the practices in his current position at BSP.  In addition to that, Ron handled Information Technology for different Insurance Companies, which also carries over when things are needed at BSP.  When not working, Ron enjoys traveling, learning to snowboard, and spending time in the mountains.  Ron’s family includes his wife, Janet, his daughter, Martina, his son, Ree, and his dogs, Jameson and Macallan.

Jameson - Director of Leisure Services

Whether Jameson is at work or off the clock, you can tell how much he prides himself in his work.  Night and day, he exemplifies his position as Director of Leisure Services.  Another job not mentioned is food taste tester.  Jameson demands that he taste all food in the facility and at home out of everyone else’s safety.  His concern for everyone else’s safety from the potential of ingesting something wrong is only overshadowed by his leading by example of his position here at BSP.  When asked about anything else for this bio, I got a look of derision, and then he rolled over.  Perfect.

Macallan - Director of Security

Macallan devotes himself to his position 24 hours a day.  He follows the four tenets of good security.  1) Make sure you are heard and noticed.  The first thing he did was grow to an enormous size with an equal bark.  2) When the individual is allowed in, keep it known that YOU are Security.  Mac will instinctively be in your business until you are trusted, which may involve bringing toys.  3) Sniff for any illicit material and or treats.  Obviously, a big part of Security is searching for potential problems.  Treats are a plus.  4) And to show respect for potential intruders and keep the fright to a minimum.  Mac is sure to wag his tail even when laying down the law.  Keep the people on their toes!

Ritter - Director of Entertainment

Ritter and entertainment go hand in hand.  Whether entertaining us with his incredible speed or his endless supply of outfits being strutted around the office, putting him as Director was the obvious choice.  At times, Ritter will join in the sparring with the boys in Security, but the smiling of his dazzling white teeth is the giveaway that it is going to be an event worth viewing.  Not every office is able to have an Entertainment Department or someone like Ritter to keep us going, so we are extremely fortunate to have Ritter for the low cost of a few treats.

Rhys - Assistant Director of Security in Training

Rhys is steadfast in his duties as Assistant of Security in Training.  While smaller in stature, you will recognize his fierce commitment to protecting us at BSP.  When not training with Mac and practicing by rolling around the office and sparring, Rhys is also very helpful to Ritter in the Entertainment Department.  Together they instill the office with good vibes keeping us happy and working.  But after that, the sparring with Mac will inevitably continue, which will often include aerobatic maneuvers never before seen.
